Creating Harmony in the Workplace is based on Say "Yes" to Music, his successful school-based program of positive influence and role modeling. In this program for the corporate sector, through music he transfers the methods he has perfected and adapts them to manager and employee groups. Performing on a state of the art digital keyboard system, he encourages participation & interaction with his music. "Music allows us to express our feelings in socially acceptable way," Lewis says. It's motivational speaking with powerful inspiration, but delivered through the magic of music in a corporate convention setting.
